Shipping and deliveries

All shipments made after 4:00 p.m. will be sent the next day. Therefore, for the 24-hour option, we recommend that you place your order before 4:00 p.m., so that it arrives the next day.

As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receiving payment, through the transport company DHL . Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Returns

Remember to do it before 7 days have passed. The product must be in perfect condition, unused and packaged in its original packaging.

• If the product is used, the return will not be made.
• The customer must send the product under his/her responsibility. This must ensure that it arrives without suffering any damage.
• Only the price of the product will be refunded, the shipping price is not refundable.
• After these 7 calendar days, the refund will no longer be possible.
• If you want to return an order of more than €60 in full, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund.
• Moroccan art will reserve the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received.
• In the event that the package sent by the customer is lost or lost during shipping, we will not be responsible for it.

Return of a defective item.
